AlphaSorb® HC TX2412

AlphaSorb® HC is a cleanroom laundered, 2-ply, 100% polyester wiper constructed from continuous-filament polyester knitted in a double-knit interlock pattern. Developed specifically for the pharmaceutical industry and other critical environments, AlphaSorb® HC offers high sorbency capacity coupled with low particle and extractable levels.

Features & Benefits

Constructed from a double layer of polyester material creating a high absorbency wiper ideal for spill control, cleaning, and solution application.
Cleanroom laundered providing low levels of ions and NVRs (non-volatile residues) particles.
Designed for use on abrasive surfaces. This wiper will not easily snag or abrade releasing particles and fi bers into the process or environment.
Excellent chemical resistance for compatibility with a variety of solutions.
AlphaSat® with AlphaSorb®HC is pre-wet with 70% IPA / 30% DIW for ease of use.
Autoclave safe (dry wipers only).
Individually lot coded for ease of traceability and quality control.

Applications

Wiping and cleaning surfaces, equipment and parts.
Applying and removing lubricants, adhesives, residues and other solutions including disinfectants.
Cleaning with solvents such as isopropyl alcohol (IPA), ethanol, acetone, and degreasers.
Lining trays for holding, protecting, drying and storing of parts, equipment and devices.
Appropriate for use with temperatures less than 400°F (205°C).
